This FAQ applies to members and prospective members of our 1:1 Beta Coaching Program
Who is eligible for 1:1 Good Inside Beta Coaching?
Our Beta 1:1 Coaching Bundle is available to annual Good Inside members. Availability is limited and access to the program is on a first come first serve basis. You must have a continued active annual subscription to participate in the 1:1 sessions.
What can I expect from Good Inside coaching?
This is an exciting opportunity to focus on a specific issue you’re hoping to tackle with a Good Inside Coach and get tailored feedback and support.
Are all of my sessions with the same coach?
Yes! All of your sessions will be with the same coach.
Can I pick what time I see my coach?
Upon purchase, you will be redirected to a link to a Calendly to book your first 1:1 session. After your first session you and your coach will determine the cadence of your remaining sessions. Session availability windows are Monday through Friday between 9am and 4pm EST.
Can I get just 1 session?
Not at this time. We know that three sessions is the optimal time to get comfortable with your coach, achieve the results you are looking for, and set the foundation for long-term success.
Can I get more sessions?
Not at this time. This is a beta offering, beta means we are trying something new! If demand is high, we’ll work to make this a more standard offering.
How long do I have to utilize the 3 sessions?
You must use your sessions within the year of purchasing the bundle.
Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If a session is missed or canceled with less than 48 hours notice, this will be counted as one of your sessions. While we understand emergencies happen, please make every effort to keep your session. Our coaches take their role with you very seriously and set aside time to prepare for each session. Cancellations may result in prolonged booking times.
