Q: What is GiGi
A: GiGi is an artificial intelligence (“AI”) that leverages machine-learning functionality. Your interaction with GiGi is with an AI system and not a human. When you use GiGi, you will get access to the information and question/answer functionality, which are not a replacement for treatment-focused therapy. GiGi draws on Dr. Becky’s lifestyle coaching techniques to provide empathetic and non-judgmental support.
Q: Can GiGi make mistakes?

GiGi may generate inaccurate or misleading results due to factors like data bias, lack of complete information, or limitations in the underlying technology. A: GiGi is not a replacement for professional help. GiGi cannot and will not offer medical or clinical advice. It can only suggest that users seek professional health care.
Q: How and why was GiGi designed?
A: GiGi was designed to guide parents during tricky parenting situations. This was done by teaching GiGi the content developed by Dr. Becky and Good Inside. For questions it cannot answer, the bot will collect data so that our team can continue to refine and expand its use case.
