Consider this your home base. Your homepage is where you will pick up where you left off under Continue Your Progress, find weekly videos From Dr. Becky, find Recommended content, as well as upcoming events and live support.
Browse our library by topic
Our content is designed to help you every step of the way, no matter what challenge you are facing in your home. To find the library, tap on Discover in the bottom navigation bar and select the age group you would like to explore. On the next screen, you can click into a specific topic or browse the content below. Our library is where all of our workshops, scripts, articles, and short videos can be found!
Start with a Collection
Each topic includes a workshop, short videos, scripts, and Collections. Collections are groups of content organized around a specific idea or theme. Collections help guide you through related content in a structured way, making it easier to explore a topic from beginning to end.
Search for exactly what you are looking for
Our membership gives you access to a large collection of content, so we want to make it as easy as possible to find just what you are looking for. Our search feature can help you get there! To search for content in the app, tap on Discover in the bottom navigation bar. Here, you will see a magnifying glass and search bar at the top of the screen. This is where you can search the library.
You can start by choosing a popular search, browsing by topic, or typing in your own keyword or phrase.
Connect with other parents in the Community
Our community is the perfect place to connect with other parents who may be facing similar challenges in their own homes. The community is fully moderated by our Good Inside Coaches and Community Team so you can feel safe and supported. In the community, you can create posts, attend live events, message other members, and more! To access the Community, tap on Community in the bottom navigation bar to get started!

Meet your new Parent Coach, GiGi! Here's the thing: in those really tricky parenting moments, you need support that's as unique as you and your kid. No problem is too tricky. No question is too specific. This is your safe space to ask what's on your mind and get the answers you deserve 24/7!
