You can cancel your membership’s renewal at any time—just opt-out in your account settings.
- Sign into www.goodinside.com
- Click on your profile image thumbnail on the top right and choose Account Settings
- Choose Cancel
📱For In-App Purchases
Apple/iOS:
Good Inside is not able to cancel, refund, or manage subscriptions purchased via the iOS App Store. To cancel your subscription through Apple, follow the steps below:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
🗒 Any purchases completed through Apple's system are subject to Apple's Terms of Service, and Good Inside will not be able to process any refunds or extensions for purchase processed by Apple per our Terms of Service. Apple also provides more detailed information on their Help & Support website.
Google Play/Android:
If your purchase was made through the Google Play store, you can cancel through the Google Play Store directly by following the steps below:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm
